Rules & Terms of Service — 6-9.SPACE

1. Platform Description

6-9.SPACE is a creator tournament and public voting platform. Visitors can vote for social media creators competing in Clashes (1v1 matchups), Battles (multi-participant events), and Tournaments. Votes are cast for publicly submitted creator profiles. The Platform operates independently from any social media network.

The Platform is accessible to general internet users without account registration. Certain features — such as purchasing gold votes or submitting a creator profile — require providing contact information or completing a payment transaction via our third-party payment processor.

2. Voting Rules

Regular votes are free. Each unique visitor may cast one (1) free regular vote per creator profile per day. Voting limits are enforced using an anonymised hash of the visitor's IP address combined with a daily salt. Attempting to circumvent voting limits — including through VPNs, proxies, automated scripts, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated votes being invalidated.

Gold votes are purchased and carry a multiplier of 10 — meaning one (1) gold vote equals ten (10) regular votes in all vote count calculations. Gold votes are non-refundable once applied.

All gold votes across the Platform contribute to the global Gold Bank prize pool, regardless of which creator or event they are cast for.

The Platform reserves the right to investigate suspicious voting patterns and remove fraudulent votes at any time without prior notice. In cases of confirmed vote manipulation, the affected creator profiles may be disqualified.

Vote counts are updated in real time via WebSocket broadcast. Display vote counts are informational; the authoritative vote record is maintained in the Platform's database.

3. Gold Votes and Payments

Gold votes are purchased exclusively through Stripe Checkout, our third-party payment processor. All payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe. The Platform never receives, stores, or has access to your card details.

The current price of one (1) gold vote is fixed at 1 USD (or local currency equivalent as displayed at checkout). Prices may be updated with reasonable advance notice on the Platform.

Gold vote purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Slovak or EU consumer protection law. If you believe a payment was taken in error, please contact us at info@6-9.space within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Gold Bank and Prize Pool

The Gold Bank is a publicly visible prize pool accumulated from all gold vote purchases made on the Platform. The Gold Bank total is displayed prominently on the Platform and updated in real time.

The terms of Gold Bank distribution — including the allocation between event winners, participants, and other parties — may be revised for each individual online event depending on its format and agreements reached with its participants. The specific distribution terms applicable to a given event are published on that event's detail page before it goes live.

The only unconditional and non-negotiable term that applies to every event without exception is the Platform's service fee described below.

The Platform charges a minimum service fee of 10% on all transactions involving gold votes and the Gold Bank. This fee is calculated on the gross transaction amount and is separate from — and in addition to — any payment processing fees charged by Stripe. By purchasing gold votes, you acknowledge and accept this fee structure.

5. Creator Profiles

Creator profiles are based on publicly accessible social media information — display name, handle, follower count, profile photo URL, and public metrics. No private account data is ever accessed.

Profiles may be submitted for inclusion on the Platform via our public nomination form. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. The Platform reserves the right to accept or reject any profile submission at its sole discretion, including for reasons of content appropriateness, geographic focus, or platform capacity.

A creator may request removal of their profile from the Platform by contacting info@6-9.space. Verified removal requests will be processed within 30 days. Removal of a profile does not affect historical vote records or Gold Bank contributions.

Follower counts displayed on the Platform are static snapshots captured at the time of profile creation or last manual update. They are not fetched live and may not reflect current follower counts on the respective social media platforms.

6. Custom Clashes

Creators with verified Platform identity (confirmed by the presence of "6-9.space" in their public social media bio) may propose a Custom Clash between two profiles on the same social network by completing the creation form at /create-clash.

Custom Clashes require confirmation from the second participant. An unconfirmed Custom Clash automatically expires after 30 days. Once confirmed and published, a Custom Clash is immutable — creators cannot edit or delete it.

Custom Clashes are subject to the same voting rules as Platform-initiated Clashes. A Custom Clash may run for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 12 weeks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial traffic to inflate vote counts; impersonate any creator, brand, or Platform employee; submit false, misleading, or defamatory profile information; attempt to access or interfere with the Platform's backend systems, APIs, or databases; scrape or harvest data from the Platform without express written permission; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

The Platform reserves the right to block, suspend, or permanently ban any visitor, IP address, or associated network from accessing the Platform if prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

The Platform is not responsible for content posted by third-party creators on their respective social media profiles. Creator profiles listed on the Platform link to publicly available social media pages; the Platform does not endorse or take responsibility for the content published by those creators.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including design, layout, graphics, brand elements, and software — is the exclusive property of 6-9.SPACE and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent.

Creator-generated content (social media posts, profile images) remains the property of the respective creator and their platform. The Platform displays publicly available creator information solely for the purpose of facilitating voting and engagement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content displayed on it. Vote counts, leaderboard positions, and Gold Bank totals are displayed in good faith but may be subject to retrospective adjustment in cases of confirmed fraud or system error.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gold vote payments due to platform unavailability, errors in prize calculation, or payout delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Slovak and EU law, the Platform's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for gold votes in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@6-9.space to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 30 days.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy, available at Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy respectively. These documents explain what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
